The PGA Tour and Bridgestone Americas have announced the field for the second Bridgestone HBCU Invitational, a 54-hole team and individual stroke play event at Laurel Springs Country Club in Suwanee, Georgia. The tournament, scheduled for Oct. 24 and 25, is part of the Bridgestone collegiate development program, which is an element of the PGA Tour’s pathway to progression. This initiative aims to increase diversity in golf by focusing on developing talent from historically underrepresented groups, according to Bridgestone.
