La Ruta Del Sabor, a new Mexican restaurant, is preparing to open its doors in Buford, taking over the space previously occupied by Latin Grill on South Lee Street, owner Aurora Gomez shared with Business Debut.
The new full-service Mexican restaurant will offer a menu brimming with classic dishes, including tacos, gorditas, and more, bringing authentic flavors to the Buford community. While an exact opening date hasn’t been finalized, Gomez is actively working to launch the new concept.
