Shane P. Nicholson Jr., 40, of Acworth, is accused of being involved in a physical altercation with a household member on Jan. 25 at 10:17 p.m. in the parking lot at Pisano’s Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen, 2740 Summers Street in Kennesaw. Nicholson struck the victim multiple times in the face and upper torso, according to an arrest warrant from the Kennesaw Police Department.
