DULUTH, Ga. — Duluth homeowners are up in arms about an ordinance that states if you park overnight on the street — even front of your own home — you can face a $50 fine every time you do.
Rick Griepentrog has lived in Duluth’s Chattahoochee Reserve Subdivision for 30 years. His family has five vehicles. He parks one on the street in front of his home because there is no other place to put it.
