Kristie Turner with Hall County’s Planning and Zoning Department will take on the role of director of Development Services, effective May 19.
Hall County officials said Marshal’s Office Capt. Barry Shaw has been the interim director since Dec. 11 and will continue during the leadership transition.
“Barry has done a tremendous job leading the Development Services Department while we searched for the right candidate to fill this role.
