The City of Woodstock has hired Chris Luly as the new Capital Improvement Plan Administrator, effective June 2.
Luly brings over a decade of public sector experience, the city reports, and a strong record of leadership in planning, zoning, infrastructure, and community development.
He most recently served as the Director of Community Development for the City of Ball Ground, where he was instrumental in streamlining development operations, implementing the city’s impact fee program, and overseeing major park and infrastructure projects.
