EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — We’re learning more about the victims of a deadly crash on I-75 in East Ridge last week.
East Ridge Police confirmed that the 2 victims who passed away are Lane Smith of Fayetteville, Tennessee and David Huggins from Dawsonville, Georgia.
