Johnson-Gainesville striker Daniel Trujillo has a knack for making big plays on the biggest stage.
The senior captain buried a goal into the lower left corner of the net from 15 yards away with just six minutes left in Wednesday’s match, leading Johnson to a 1-0 win over Northwest Whitfield in the Class 3A boys soccer championship match at McEachern High School’s Cantrell Stadium.
