ROSWELL, Ga. — A luxury housing complex in Roswell has been without water for three days, and residents say an out-of-state landlord has let it happen repeatedly.
“Last three days we have gone 60+ hours without water,” said Melanie Search, a frustrated five-year resident of the Lakehouse at Martin’s Landing.
