Bell Memorial Park and the nearby Milton City Park and Preserve will undergo tree removal work from Monday to Friday next week, depending on weather conditions. According to the City of Milton, the arborist company One Two Tree is scheduled to remove 43 trees that are either diseased or infested, primarily by pine beetles.
At Bell Memorial Park, 40 trees will be removed—36 along the east side rustic trail and 4 in and around the Mark Law Arboretum. Some trails may be temporarily closed during this work, but most are expected to remain open.
