Gwinnett County Fire seek information in possible arson fire

Reward possible for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for arson

(Lawrenceville, Ga., July 9, 2025) – Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services is seeking information on a potential arson fire in the Lawrenceville area of Gwinnett County.

According to a press release from GCFES, firefighters responded at 6:14 a.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025, to a report of a fire alarm on the 700 block of Clairidge Lane in Lawrenceville. The 911 caller reported that the fire alarm was sounding and there was a smell of smoke in their home. The caller advised that they were clear to evacuate the house until the fire department’s arrival. The fire was out when crews arrived and fortunately nobody was injured.
