A 63-home subdivision is expected to be built in Holly Springs by 2027, according to the city.
On July 7, the Holly Springs City Council unanimously voted to approve a request from Idletown Development, Inc. to amend the stipulations of a rezoning of almost 16 acres on Palm Street that was approved in October 2021.
