Residents of western Gwinnett County will have a chance to ask one of the county’s commissioners about what their county government millage rate may look like this week.
The Gwinnett Place and Sugarloaf Community Improvement Districts have been promoting a Millage Rate Town Hall that Gwinnett County Commissioner Kirkland Carden is expected to participate in from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday at Shorty Howell Park in Duluth.
“Residents are encouraged to attend to hear updates on Gwinnett County Government’s millage rate and ask questions during a Q&A with representatives from the Tax Assessors’ Office and Finance Department,” Gwinnett Place CID officials said in a post on Facebook…
