A year-long vehicle theft blitz, spanning across Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta areas, has culminated in four arrests. The Gwinnett County Police Department disclosed that the investigation, which commenced on June 5, 2024, after a pattern of automobile-related thefts was noted, has led to the identification and capture of a group implicated in a series of car break-ins, credit card thefts, and the removal of firearms from vehicles.
The suspects, arrested on August 5, were apprehended at an apartment complex in East Point, according to a report by AccessWDUN. Authorities detailed the charges faced by each of the individuals apprehended. Kejuan Miliam, 25, from Atlanta, and Travion Middleton, also 25, from East Point, are staring down the barrel of multiple felonies. They are charged with multiple counts of entering auto felony, criminal damage to property in the second degree, felony theft by taking, and additional counts under RICO. Seventeen-year-old Lydericus Broomhead from Atlanta faces charges under RICO as well.
