An Oakwood man is being held in the Hall County Jail without bond after authorities located a sexually explicit video of a child on his cellphone.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said a Cybertip from July 2024 led investigators to Denilson Dimetrio Aguilar Landaverde, 23.
