New Ground Foundation, a nonprofit organization looking to help families in the community, is now open in the Hickory Flat area of Cherokee County.
The founders of the organization, Chick-fil-A Canton Franchisee Kevin Williams and his wife Gwen Williams, hosted a grand opening event Thursday evening with about 300 people.
