Ten office and industrial buildings are coming to East Cherokee Drive near Ball Ground.
On Sept. 16, the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a request from Ball Ground Business Park, LLC, to rezone about 69 acres at 13450 East Cherokee Drive near Ball Ground from office/institutional and estate residential to light industrial.
