A developer is looking to add 33 homes to a proposed 108-home neighborhood in Ball Ground.
Gilmer Land Investments, LLC is requesting to annex into Ball Ground about 11.45 acres at 0000 Ball Ground Road, near downtown Ball Ground and Goss Lane. The applicant also looks to rezone the property from R-40 (single-family residential, county) to TND (traditional neighborhood development, city) to build 33 single-family residential detached for sale homes.
