Myers Elementary Recognized as Title I Reward School

The Hall County School District is proud to announce that the State of Georgia Department of Education has recognized Myers Elementary School a Title I Reward School.

Principal Marla Lear said, “The Myers School community is beaming with pride and joy as it celebrates a remarkable achievement that reflects years of dedication, heart, and hard work. This recognition is not just an award, it is a powerful affirmation of the values that define Myers: belief in every child’s potential, a commitment to excellence, and a culture of love and challenge. At Myers, our success is built on the strength of our partnerships—with students who rise to the challenge, parents who walk beside us, and staff members whose passion fuels our mission every day. This honor belongs to every member of the Myers family. Together, we celebrate not just the recognition—but the extraordinary community that made it possible.”

According to the GA DOE, “Title I Reward Schools are identified as the top 5% of Title I schools in the state making the most progress in improving the performance in English Language Arts and Mathematics of the all-students subgroup.
