A weekend wreck in Hall County injures three adults and two children while leaving a heavily travelled route blocked for nearly two hours Saturday afternoon.
Georgia State Patrol (GSP) reported that a trooper from the Gainesville Post responded to the area of SR-365 (Cornelia Highway) and Tribble Gap Road after 12:25 p.m. Saturday to investigate a traffic crash. Upon arrival, the trooper determined that a 2019 Chevy Traverse was traveling westbound on Tribble Gap Road, crossing SR-365.
The driver, 32-year old Kimberly Eller of Gainesville, was attempting to cross SR-365. Eller reportedly failed to yield to oncoming traffic after stopping at the stop sign on Tribble Gap Road when the front of Eller’s vehicle struck the left side of a 2010 Honda Insight, driven by 27-year old Kenney Aguilar of Toccoa.
