A complaint has been filed against the Hall County Planning and Zoning Commission alleging that commissioners held a meeting and conducted county business without a public notice, agenda or meeting minutes.
A complaint filed by Hall County citizen Jodi White on Sept. 18 alleged that three members of the commission were observed by “several” individuals and another planning commissioner gathering prior to a scheduled meeting on Sept. 15
White told AccessWDUN that she had initially witnessed three planning commissioners and two planning staff meeting in a room in the Hall County Government Office. She called a fourth commissioner to go check on the situation. According to White, that commissioner witnessed three commissioners and two planning staff meeting in the room.
