The 2025 Metro Atlanta Redevelopment Summit (MARS) took place on November 6, 2025, in Gwinnett County, Georgia. More than 270 business and community leaders attended. The event, now in its 15th year, was organized by Gwinnett’s Community Improvement Districts. Partnership Gwinnett and the Council for Quality Growth co-hosted the summit. The focus was on redevelopment projects and their role in economic growth and job creation in metro Atlanta.
Paul Radford, City Manager of Sugar Hill, received the Redevelopment Champion of the Year award. Radford was recognized for his work on projects such as The E Center and The Bowl. These projects have contributed to changes in Sugar Hill and increased its use as a community space.
The summit featured several redevelopment projects. These included The Works, The Medley, Campus 244, and Elan Satellite by Greystar. The projects highlight adaptive reuse, infrastructure investment, and placemaking in the region.
