Edward Daniel Ehrgott, 33, of Woodstock, is accused of stealing an S.H Figuart Iron Spider and S.H. Figuart Spider-Man action figure from Steel Collectibles in Kennesaw on Oct. 18 at 3:22 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Kennesaw Police Department.
Ehrgott placed the two action figures under his shirt, stopped to pay for a separate action figure and exited the store. He was captured on video getting into a gold 2005 Honda Accord and exiting the parking lot, according to the warrant.
Ehrgott is charged with theft by shoplifting – less than $500. He was arrested on Oct. 20 at 9:59 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
