DAHLONEGA, GA — Mosaic Bakery & Pizzeria is preparing to open at 617 N Grove St, Dahlonega, GA 30533 with a targeted launch in late December or early January, co-owner Marsha Cornelius told Business Debut.
Mosaic Bakery & Pizzeria is a 5013c nonprofit bakery and pizzeria that will provide job opportunities and work training for neurodivergent adults and individuals with disabilities.
What to Expect
The concept will begin with a soft-opening phase focused on takeout while the team builds confidence with newly trained employees. The dining room seats about 30 to 40 guests and will open once the staff is ready. As operations expand, the team plans to add dine-in, takeout, and delivery through services such as DoorDash and Uber Eats.
Cornelius said the mission is central to every operational decision. She noted that new employees may require more time and support, and starting smaller allows Mosaic to build a strong foundation before adding additional services.
