A serious wreck along Highway 115 in Lumpkin County Friday night has left Georgia State Patrol (GSP) to investigate what triggered major delays for commuters during the evening hours.
Captain Alan Roach with Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has told AccessWDUN that the investigation behind the crash that happened on November 28, 2025 near the Tomato Farm Market location along Hwy. 115 in has been turned over to the GSP. A social media post by LCSO on Friday evening warned residents after 8:15 p.m. that the roadway was blocked for the crash and to take area alternates.
No word from the GSP at the time of this publication on how many vehicles and commuters were involved, but responders to the LCSO’s Facebook page post were offering prayers for those involved in the serious crash scene…
