Canton leaders have approved an annexation and rezoning for a neighborhood to be built on Fate Conn Road with 15 homes, a smaller number than the developer’s original proposal.
On Dec. 4, the Canton City Council unanimously voted to approve a request from Legacy Design and Development, LLC to annex about 4.85 acres and rezone the property to R-10 (single-family residential, 10,000 square foot lots) to build a single-family detached subdivision at 3632 Fate Conn Road, adjacent to the Park Village subdivision.
