A Flowery Branch woman was charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act after she intentionally crashed her car into a victim’s car during a domestic dispute on Thursday, Dec. 11.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said Cansey Ann Contreras, 50, had been arguing with the 65-year-old male victim on the phone during the day.
When the victim returned to the home in the 4300 block of Strickland Road to collect some belongings at around 10 p.m., Contreras allegedly headbutted him, causing bruising around one of his eyes.
