Hundreds of cars lined up in the drive-thru to recycle thousands of pounds of electronics Dec. 13 at the Cherokee County Recycling Center’s electronics recycling event in Canton.
The event, held at the Cherokee County Administration Building, saw over 300 vehicles, the county announced.
“We are very pleased with the community response,” Cherokee County Recycling Center Manager Troy Brazie said in a statement. “We were able to collect 29,223 pounds of recyclable material at this event.”…
