Four adults have been taken into custody in Lumpkin County following an investigation into a runaway juvenile case.
According to the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), they were conducting a follow-up investigation into the runaway case, and found a five-year-old boy who was being restrained “in a manner not permitted under Georgia law.”
The incident was at a residence on Iberian Road. The four were taken into custody for questioning.
