A Gainesville man was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 31, for DUI charges after a traffic stop on Mountain View Road.
The Hall County Sheriff’s office said Delrico Maurice McWhorter, 52, was pulled over after a traffic investigator observed him having difficulty operating the vehicle.
The traffic investigator was traveling southbound on Mountain View Road in the area of Mabry Road when she reportedly noticed McWhorter veer off the right side of the road and then swerve back into the southbound lane.
