As we welcome this glorious new year, our hearts overflow with gratitude for everyone who took part in the Big Canoe Chapel Women’s Fellowship events of 2025. Because we have been blessed so abundantly, we are able to share those blessings generously with others—and we thank you for making that possible.
We begin 2026 with Scarves, Sweaters and Savory Soups on Thursday, Jan. 22, from 10:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Cousins Hall. Enjoy savory soups, crudités, French bread and Texas sheet cake as we welcome the new year together. Our newly installed board will share exciting plans for 2026, and we are delighted to feature Karla Moody from the Big Canoe Chapel as our guest speaker. Feel free to wear your favorite scarf or sweater. There is no cost to attend, but please register between Jan. 1 and 15.
Next up is the 2026 Winter Bible Study, meeting each Wednesday from Feb. 4 through March 18 in McCormick Hall. This year’s study explores the hope and promise of heaven using “Heaven: When Faith Becomes Sight” by Jennifer Rothschild, available at Amazon, Lifeway or Christianbook…
