Georgia-Based Storage Rental Company Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

​Oak Grove Stor-All, LLC has formally entered into a bankruptcy protection process. The Dahlonega-based moving and storage provider cited financial pressures behind the filing. Through the bankruptcy proceedings, the company hopes to reorganize its business while continuing the storage service.​

Oak Grove Stor-All, LLC Files for Chapter 11 Subchapter V​

Oak Grove Stor-All, LLC began 2026 with a Chapter 11 Subchapter V bankruptcy filing. According to PACER records, the Georgia-based company submitted its voluntary petition on January 5 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.​

In its petition, Oak Grove Stor-All, LLC identified itself as a ‘small business debtor,’ qualifying the company to proceed under Subchapter V. None of the company’s affiliates or partners currently have pending bankruptcy cases.
