ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A “social media agitator” has pleaded guilty to threatening the wife of a north Georgia ICE agent, according to federal prosecutors.
Anthony Noto, 63, of Ronkonkoma, New York, pleaded guilty Tuesday to knowingly transmitting a threat to injure the wife of the deportation officer, said Theodore Hertzberg, the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Georgia.
Noto was indicted on Sept. 23, 2025. He’s accused of posting a comment on Instagram under a picture of the deportation officer’s wife, saying: “Anybody wanna test the sites [sic] on their new A-R? There’s a pretty good target right there!”…
