HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A six-month investigation revealed that two women worked with three car dealerships in Hall County, charging unlicensed drivers high prices to register their vehicles, leading to the indictment of nine individuals.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation revealed that car dealers would sell older-model, high-mileage vehicles at high prices to unlicensed drivers.
