Gwinnett County Board of Education members Tarece Johnson-Morgan and Adrienne Simmons will remain in leadership roles for the school board this year, but they are flipping what their roles will be.
The board voted unanimously on Thursday night to make Johnson-Morgan, who was the vice chairwoman last year, the chairwoman for 2026. Similarly, Simmons, who was the board’s chairwoman last year, was made the vice chairwoman in another unanimous vote.
