Lanier Christian Academy in Flowery Branch has appointed a new head of school.
Effective July 1, 2026, David Roberts will take over the role. The leadership transition follows the retirement of current Head of School Dwayne Daniels, who will conclude his service on June 30, 2026.Daniels has been with the school since 2013.
“Following months of prayer, discernment, and a national search led by the LCA Board of Trustees, the Board unanimously affirmed Roberts as the leader to guide the school into its next chapter,” the school said in a release. “Conducted in partnership with Graybeal & Associates, the search included more than 40 candidates from across the country and a comprehensive evaluation process that involved interviews, background and reference checks, and input from school leadership.”
