AUBURN, Ga. (WTVM) – Auburn Police arrested two Auburn residents Wednesday, Jan. 14, on drug trafficking charges following a narcotics investigation that led to the execution of a search warrant.
Daron Mykel Dafney, 28, and Jamie Marquez Holland, 20, were each charged with drug trafficking, possession of marijuana second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Auburn Police conducted the operation with assistance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Opelika Police Department, and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
Police executed the search warrant at a residence in the 4300 block of Golf Club Drive on Jan. 14. During the search, officers recovered illegal narcotics and contraband. Multiple firearms were also seized.
