Alpharetta, Ga. — Matthews has negotiated the sale of the final retail parcel at East Village, a recently completed, 268,000-square-foot mixed-use redevelopment located in Alpharetta, a northern suburb of Atlanta. Jeff Enck, Pierce Mayson, Kyle Stonis and Boris Shilkrot of Matthews represented the seller, The Ardent Cos., in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
