A woman has been arrested without bond after Lumpkin County authorities say she stole $399,416.33 from the Lumpkin County Finance Department.
The Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) says they were made aware of the missing funds on Nov. 4 of last year.
52-year-old Magdalena Magadan was identified as the offender, and was located in Orlando, Florida and arrested by law enforcement there.
