A Flowery Branch man is jailed on a list of charges after allegedly driving through a cemetery, trying to break into homes and stealing items and vehicles in a Buford neighborhood Thursday morning.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to a home on Tuggle Drive in Buford at around 8:00 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, after a caller reported someone wearing a yellow bag on his head trying to break into her front door. The suspect was identified as Lewis Clinton Miles, age 56.
“The suspect…attempted to enter the caller’s vehicle and golf cart, but was unsuccessful,” the sheriff’s office said. “Miles also took a pizza oven from the porch of the residence.”
