Michael Levengood grew up in DeKalb County and he and his wife, Peggy, thought their kids might grow up there as well. But the promise of Gwinnett County was too great for them to ignore.
Between the county’s schools, parks and libraries, the Levengoods found plenty of reasons to relocate to this county. So, they moved to the Parkview cluster, where their sons all attended school.
