California-based grocer Trader Joe’s is slated to bring a new location to Johns Creek. It has signed a lease for Toro Development Company’s (TDC) mixed-use development Medley, which is slated to open October 29, according to a release.
Trader Joe’s currently has 10 locations in Georgia listed on its website, including spots in Buckhead, Alpharetta, Athens, Marietta, Norcross, Peachtree City, Roswell and Sandy Springs. The chain has more than 600 stores across the country.
When it opens, Medley will offer 164,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, as well as 833 luxury residences, a 150-key boutique hotel and 110,000 square feet of office space. All of the tenants are expected to open along with the development at the end of October…
