Georgia sign spinner looks to regain world title in Las Vegas

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Tyler Cartwright, the 2024 world champion sign spinner, can do his job with his eyes shut.

“I don’t need to actually see it, because it’s not leaving my hands,” Cartwright said. “I’m just familiar with the weight of the sign.”

The Georgia Department of Public Health has confirmed measles in an unvaccinated Bryan County resident, which is just outside of Savannah.

Cartwright works for AArrow Sign Spinners and travels to train other spinners. His career in sign spinning began at Little Caesars, where he said the work came naturally…
