NORCROSS, GA — Banh Mi 135 is preparing to open two new locations. The first will open in the next month in Doraville at: 5175 Buford Hwy NE, Doraville, GA 30340.
The next unit in the pipeline is preparing to start construction at 6110 Oakbrook Pkwy #103, Norcross, GA 30093. Co-owner Minh Ly told Business Debut they are targeting an opening between July and August. Ly is partnered with co-owners of the brand Tony Le and Dung “Sushi” Le.
What to Expect
Banh Mi 135 focuses primarily on Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, along with Vietnamese coffee, sugar cane juice and select snacks. Service is designed to be fast and casual, with counter ordering and limited seating for guests who choose to dine in.
The brand also offers bundle promotions, including a buy-five-get-one-free option designed for families and group gatherings. A limited selection of boba drinks will also be available.
Menu and Vision
The concept is rooted in the owners’ upbringing in Vietnam, where banh mi was one of the most affordable and filling meals available. Minh Le said that growing up in the countryside, food was limited and daily spending money was tight.
