What started as a small mobile food truck business serving grilled cheese has opened at a more permanent location in Ball Ground.
Cheez’d and Confuzed Owner Daniel Ray started the business six years ago operating out of a converted camper. Today, the business has expanded operations to 2960 Canton Highway in Ball Ground.
Ray is renting the kitchen space in the building at this location from Dominic’s Mission, which operates its food pantry out of the building. Ray said he plans to purchase the building once his one-year lease is up…
