Canton leaders will soon consider an applicant’s request to transform an old building into a grocery store.
The Canton City Council held a public hearing Thursday to discuss a request from Properati, LLC to rezone 1.64 acres at 631 Marietta Road from O-I (office institutional) to GC (general commercial) to build an additional building on site and renovate the existing structure to operate a neighborhood grocery store and professional office space.
