CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — On March 12th, a Cherokee County jury convicted 26-year-old Reyes Hernandez-Macario of raping two pre-teen girls in separate incidents in Canton and Woodstock, both occurring within the past 4 years.
The jury found him guilty of all eight charges. Among those charges are two counts of rape, two counts of child molestation, two counts of false imprisonment, and two counts of cruelty to children in the first degree. Sentencing will occur at a later date.
