No one was injured after a car reportedly drove through a restaurant in Oakwood Wednesday afternoon.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office confirmed its Accident Investigation Unit was called to the Taco Madre restaurant on Mundy Mill Road just after 3:30 p.m. An initial investigation revealed that the driver of the car, Ronaijah Ellington, 29, of Oakwood, was parked directly in front of the business. Due to a mechanical issue, she applied additional force to the gas pedal. The car then accelerated through the front of the business and into the dining area.
HCSO said no customers were in the building at the time of the accident. No one, including Ellington and restaurant employees, reported injuries…
