Thomas Moore, age 17, who was last seen around 10 p.m. in the 5300 block of Still Water Lane in Braselton, has been safely located as of 12:09 a.m. He had been reported missing after leaving the area wearing a Jamaican beanie, gray and white plaid shirt, and khaki pants, and carrying a black duffel bag.
