The near-Forest Hills development is at the intersection of Highland Road and Barbaree Boulevard and has 23 lots, seven of which border Tenison Park golf course.
A couple decades ago, the 4.16-acre site used to be a mobile home park, but that was a non-conforming use as it is zoned for single-family houses, according to a previous Lakewood/East Dallas Advocate article.
